How does the Anti-Snore Mouthguard Work?
The mouthguard works by gently moving your jaw forward to prevent your throat relaxing and blocking your airways which causes snoring.

How do I fit it SleepEaze™ to my mouth?
This Mouthgaurd is a Mandibular Advancement Device (MAD) that gently props your lower jaw forward. This allows your airway to stay clear while you sleep, eliminating snoring.
SleepEaze is fitted with the ‘Boil and Bite’ method.
Step 1- Pour boiling water carefully into a bowl and add mouthguard to soften mould. Leave for 60 seconds
Step 2- With tongs carefully remove and drop into cold water for a 2-3 seconds so not to burn your mouth when biting
Step 3 - Remove from cold water and place in mouth, biting down firmly to mould to teeth for 30 seconds
Step 4 - Place in cold water for 5 mins to fully set when happy with fit.
If the first impression you took doesn't clearly display well-defined teeth marks, you can repeat steps 1-3 one more time. The entire impression process can be done a total of two times.
How do I adjust the device?
SleepEaze™ Anti-Snoring device lets you adjust the guard in 1mm increments by gently squeezing the sides and moving the lower half forward.. We recommend you start using SleepEaze™ at the original 1-millimeter setting and adjust it by one millimeter every 2–3 nights until the snoring stops.
